Pulse can best be descibed as organic ambient chill music. It is the perfect companion for meditation, early morning yoga, drifting to sleep, introspection. The tracks on this disc work as a complete unit : one track flows out of the other.

Jim Donovan, best known for his drumming in the band Rusted Root,offers his second in a series of recordings designed as tools for the exploration of consciousness.

Together with Steve and Ami Sciulli of "Life In Balance", they create a holographic sonic environment. The piece weaves organic trance hand-drums with chakra-tuned quartz crystal bowls, shakuhachi and bansuri flutes.
