Rochester Day of Drumming Schedule:

10am-Noon : Yoga of Drum and Chant Workshop : In this unique workshop you will learn beneficial mantras, relaxing drumming rhythms, rejuvenating breathing exercises and powerfully effective concepts that you can use everyday to improve your whole self.

12pm -1pm Veggie Potluck lunch (bring your favorite dish!)

1:30-3:30: The Rhythm Renewal Drumming Workshop : Learn and enjoy exciting rhythms and drumming songs from all over theworld. Find new ways to build purpose and connection with others, deepen listening skills, and explore ways to enhance creativity.

Jim Donovan is an award winning teacher, performer and was a founding member of the multi-platinum band Rusted Root from 1990-2005. He was recently named "Drum Circle Facilitator of the Year" by the readers of Drum! magazine.
